Bida Nok is chracterised by steep precipices, caves, swim-throughs and underwater crags. There is a small bays at the southern side of the island made up of a reef slope and rocky floor that starts at 6m and ends on a sandy bottom of about 20m. There is also a beautiful vertical swim through at the southwest side of the island.
A narrow cave at the northern side of the island is great for cavern divers. The entrance is at 20m and the wall is covered with colourful soft corals and gorgonians.
Outcrops of various sizes are scattered along the west coast, sloping to depths of 26 - 28m, while the east coast is a reef slope with an array of hard and soft corals and small outcrops.
The North side of the island consists mainly of stunning crags and cliffs, with walls dropping vertically to depths of 20 - 25m before hitting a sandy bottom. This area consists of many soft corals, sea fans and huge barrel sponges.
